Westbrook's famous maritime restaurant, Bill's Seafood is a place to be during the dog days of summer. The restaurant cozily overlooks the Patchogue River and Singing Bridge, a melodic, local landmark.
Inside and out, Bill's atmosphere is energetic, constantly abuzz with entertainment and a lively, ever-revolving crowd. Live music goes off six nights a week with genres from jazz and rock 'n' roll, to "summertime" tunes and big band swing.
Whether from the land or the sea, Bill's menu has something for everyone. Seafood staples include fried clams, lobster rolls, and scallops, but one will find the sandwiches and prime ribs are noteworthy, too.
